Please note that embroidered items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

    d. Return Shipment: Pack the item securely and include any relevant documentation or packaging materials. Follow the return instructions provided by our customer support team. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  3. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow for processing time, which may vary depending on your financial institution.
