Three years ago, Create Amor started with a simple idea: healthcare professionals deserve premium scrubs that feel as good as the care they give.
What began as a small healthcare apparel brand has grown into something much bigger than we ever imagined: a community built on purpose, connection, and heart.
Why We Started Creating Premium Scrubs
From the beginning, our mission has always been personal. Our founder, Matthew, grew up watching his mom work as an ER nurse, seeing firsthand the long shifts, emotional weight, and resilience that healthcare workers carry every day. That experience shaped the vision behind Create Amor and continues to inspire everything we do today. "Every healthcare professional I've worked with is driven by their purpose to care for others, and that's what led me to name our company Create Amor, meaning create love."

Over the last three years, we've learned a lot.
We launched during one of the most unpredictable moments in recent history. We navigated supply chain challenges, early photoshoots that didn't always go as planned, and the growing pains that come with building something from the ground up.
But through every challenge, one thing stayed constant: the healthcare community continued to show up for us the same way they show up for others every single day.

We recently kicked off the tour in Texas alongside country music star Parker McCollum and local partners, gifting 500 sets of nursing scrubs to local nurses as a small thank you to the people who give so much every day.
